目的:观察自由基对心肌细胞的损伤及红花水提物的保护作用。方法:培养的细胞分3组,正常组加生理盐水,损伤组加黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤氧化酶,药物组加红花水提液后再同损伤组处理,继续培养4h后测活细胞代谢噻唑兰的比色值及培养液中LDH。结果:LDH:药物组(95.50±11.60)高于正常组(86.38±13.09,P<0.05),低于损伤对照组(307.29±46.88,P<0.01)。比色值:药物组(0.884±0.088)虽低于正常组(0.945±0.102,P<0.05)但高于损伤组(0.140±0.092,P<0.01)。结论:自由基可致心肌细胞损伤,红花水提物可保护心肌细胞。

목적:관찰자유기대심기세포적손상급홍화수제물적보호작용。방법:배양적세포분3조,정상조가생리염수,손상조가황표령、황표령양화매,약물조가홍화수제액후재동손상조처리,계속배양4h후측활세포대사새서란적비색치급배양액중LDH。결과:LDH:약물조(95.50±11.60)고우정상조(86.38±13.09,P<0.05),저우손상대조조(307.29±46.88,P<0.01)。비색치:약물조(0.884±0.088)수저우정상조(0.945±0.102,P<0.05)단고우손상조(0.140±0.092,P<0.01)。결론:자유기가치심기세포손상,홍화수제물가보호심기세포。
Objective:To study the damage of free radical and the protectionof saffron aqueous solution to heart cells.Methods:Cultured cells were divided into 3 grops.Normal group was added with mormal saline,damage group with xanthine and xanthine oxidase,and drug group with saffron aqueous solution befor treated as damage group.Four hours later,the survival heart cells were tested by colorimetric method and the LDH,release from damage cells,were be tested.Results:LDH activity in saffron group(95.50±11.60)were higher than that of normal control(86.38±13.09,P<0.05)but lower than that of damage group(307.29±46.88,P<0.01).The colorimetric value in saffron group(0.884±0=0.88)were lower than that of normal group(0.945±0.102,P<0.05)and higher than that of damage group(0.140±0.092,P<0.01).Conclusion:Saffron aqueous solution could protect the heart cells.
