测定蓖麻籽饼中蓖麻碱的含量。用紫外分光光度计，在313 nm处测定蓖麻碱的吸光度。测定了七种样品，结果表明减毒之后蓖麻碱含量明显降低，回收率实验表明，蓖麻碱回收率为94.31%，RSD为1.18%。紫外分光光度法测定蓖麻碱的含量具有简便、准确、稳定、重现性好的特点。

［Objective］Quantification of ricinine in castor pomac e.［method］To determine absorbance of ricinine at 313 nm by UV-300［Result］Se ven samples was determined,the result indicate that the quantity of ricinine in castor pomace which treated by reducing poison is lower than those which wasnt treaed by reducing poison,the rate of recovery of ricinine is 94.31%，RSD is 1 .18%(n＝5)［Conclusion］The method that quantity determinetion of ricinine in c astor pomace by Ultroviolet spetrometry is simple,accurate,stability and good re coverty.
