根据油田提高深部地层钻井速度的需要,从试验研究出发,详细介绍了我国新型涡轮钻具现场试验成果。新型涡轮钻具与国外同类产品相比,在性能基本相同的情况下,具有压降小、寿命长、无橡胶元件,便于深井和复杂地质条件下作业等优点。结合现场应用成果,提出新型涡轮钻具产业化开发的内容与目标,分析了产业化带来的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to meet the need of increase ROP of deep well,the newturbodrill research and testing fruit are introduced in detail based on experimental investigation.Meanwhile, the turbodrill structure and its technical characte ristics are introduced.Compared with the same kind of foreign products, the turbodrill has a lot of advantages,such as low pressure drop,long-life,non-rubber element, and being especially suitable for deep well and under the complicated geological condition etc.According to the field test results, the development content and objective of industrialization are proposed for new turbodrills.Analys is of the economic and social benefits brought by the industrialization is made too.
