采用微波辐射技术,以活性炭、木炭担载的对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,常压下己二酸和醇直接酯化合成己二酸酯类,酸醇物质的量的比为1:4,对甲苯磺酸浓度为26%,催化剂用量0.8 g,反应时间45 s,转化率较高,且催化剂可重复使用.

The synthesis of adipates were performed by esterification of adipic acid and alcohol incatalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid loaded on active carbon or charcoal under microwave irradiation.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the mole ratio ofadipic acid to alcohol was 1: 4;the concentration of p-toluenesulphonic acid solution was 25%; the weights of catalyst, microwavepower, and microwave irradiation time were 0.8 g, 600 W, and 45 s respectively. The conversionratio of adipic acid in these reactions was high moreover the catalyst can be easily separated andused repeatedly.
