总结基层医院行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的并发症及处理。方法 对681例700眼白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的术中，术后并发症进行临床观察。结果 晶体后囊破裂32眼(4.57%)，角膜水肿480眼(68.57%)，虹膜咬伤15眼(2.14%)，术后迟发性葡萄膜炎18眼(2.57%)，术后人工晶体脱位6眼(0.86%)，切口漏水2眼(0.29%)。结论 基层医院行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的并发症均不会明显影响视力，也无严重的不良后果。

총결기층의원행백내장초성유화인공정체식입술적병발증급처리。방법 대681례700안백내장초성유화인공정체식입술적술중，술후병발증진행림상관찰。결과 정체후낭파렬32안(4.57%)，각막수종480안(68.57%)，홍막교상15안(2.14%)，술후지발성포도막염18안(2.57%)，술후인공정체탈위6안(0.86%)，절구루수2안(0.29%)。결론 기층의원행백내장초성유화인공정체식입술적병발증균불회명현영향시력，야무엄중적불량후과。
Objective To summarize the complications of cataractultraemulsified artificial lens implantation and their management. Method The complications of 681 cases with 700 eyes were observed clinically after the operation of cataract ultraemulsified artificial lens implantation. Result 32 eyes(4.57%)had rupture of posterior lens capsules, 480 eyes(68.5%)had corneal edema, 15 eyes(2.14%)had bite wound of iris, 18 eyes(2.57%)had postoperative late uveitis, 6 eyes(0.86%)had artificial lens dislocation, 2 eyes(0.29%)had transudate of incisional wound. Conclusion The complications of cataract ultraemulsified artificial len implantation can not affect the visual accity obviously and have no severe consequences.
