从空气动力学的角度提出了“气垫防磨”理论,并以气 垫叶栅作为对象,在不同的主流与射流速度比、不同的缝隙数和缝隙宽度等条件下,利用 IFA300型热膜风速仪系统对叶片表面附近的流场进行了测量,得出了各工况下的流场向量 图,给出了气垫厚度的定义,并得出了气垫厚度,实验结果与数值计算基本相符[1] 。还给出了最佳射流与主气流的速度比,以及合理的缝隙位置等,在理论上论证了气垫防 磨的可行性。

From the aerodynamics point, the theory of the air-cushion anti-erosion is propo sed and the air-cushion-cascade is used as the study object. By using IFA300 ane mometer, the flow field near the surface of the cascade is measured, which are done under the conditions of different main-stream-to-jet-velocity rat ios, the different gap width and numbers. The vector diagrams of the flow field and the curve diagrams which stand for the boundary lines of the air-cushion are given, and the experimental results match well that of the numerical calculatio n. The optimal value of the velocity ratio and the rational places of the gaps a re also provided. So it is proved theoretically that anti-erosion is available.
