目的　研究老年高血压患者高胰岛素血症和NO的关系。方法　测定45例高血压患者(23例伴高胰岛素血症，22例正常胰岛素血症)和20例正常人空腹血糖、血清胰岛素和NO。结果　高血压Ⅱ、Ⅲ期血清胰岛素高于对照组，而ISI低于对照组。NO和血清胰岛素变化呈正相关。结论　对老年高血压治疗、降低胰岛素抵抗有重要意义。
목적　연구노년고혈압환자고이도소혈증화NO적관계。방법　측정45례고혈압환자(23례반고이도소혈증，22례정상이도소혈증)화20례정상인공복혈당、혈청이도소화NO。결과　고혈압Ⅱ、Ⅲ기혈청이도소고우대조조，이ISI저우대조조。NO화혈청이도소변화정정상관。결론　대노년고혈압치료、강저이도소저항유중요의의。
Objective：To investigate the effects of hyperinsulinemia and NO in old patients with hypertension．Methods：Fast serum Glucose ［FSG］，fast serum insulin［INS］and NO were measured in 45 hypertension cases，［23 of them are with hyperinsulinemia and 22 with normal insulin level］and 20 healthy persons．Results：1. The level in the blood of hypertensives with hyperinsulinemia and obviously higher and lower than the without insulin resistance and The healthy group［P＜0.01］．2.Insulin and ISI of EH3，EH2 are obviously higher than the control group．［p＜0.05］3.The NO of hypertensives and hyperinsulinemia are positive relation．Conclusion:The Results indicated that great majority elderly patients in EH group are associated with hyperinsulinmia insulin resistance and NO．Therefore in the process of tretment it is also important to reduce the insulin resistance．
