筛选出16株RB显色能力较强的菌株,测试了16株菌的三种胞外木质素降解酶活性,结果显示:侧耳菌侧5、侧耳AX3、侧耳8101所产生漆酶活性最高;侧耳AX3、侧耳8101、金凤2-5所产木质素过氧化物酶活性最高;侧耳8101、侧耳AX3、侧耳P46锰过氧化物酶活性最高.综合结果表明:木质素降解酶活性最高的菌株是侧耳8101和AX3.

Bavendamm reaction and Remazol brilliant blue (RB)-fading method were used to select lignin-degrading enzymes producers among forty-five edible fungal strains. The results showed that 42 strains revealed RB-fading ability and 16 strains displayed stronger of which three demonstrated the strongest. Then, all 16 strains were used to testtheir lignin-degrading enzyme activities. The result showed that P. Ostreatus AX3,8101 and P5 strains producing laccase activity was the highest, P. Ostreatus AX3, P8101, Jinfeng 2-5 producing lignin peroxidase activity the highest and P. Ostreatus 8101, AX3, P46 producing Manganese peroxidase activity the highest. Finally, it was found that P. Ostreatus 8101 and AX3 strains produced the highest lignindegrading enzymes activity.
