目的 研究梭曼(soman)对大鼠急性中毒的自由基损伤作用及VE/VA的抗氧化保护作用. 方法 雄性大鼠40只,按体质量随机分为阴性组(正常对照组)、阳性组(损伤对照组),VE组(加VE保护组)和VA组(加VA保护组). 观察每组大鼠血清、大脑、肝脏中VE、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的变化. 结果 梭曼中毒后,T-AOC水平、VE含量下降,NOS活性提高. 中毒前后大鼠肝脏中VE质量分数从(0.83±0.02) mg.g-1下降至(0.45±0.06) mg.g-1;T-AOC从(122.7±14.0) mol.s-1.kg-1下降至(70.4±5.4) mol.s-1.kg-1;NOS从(19.6±2.4) mol.s-1.kg-1上升至(39.3±5.5) mol.s-1.kg-1,有显著差异(P<0.05). 而VE/VA较有效地抑制其变化. 结论 梭曼中毒有明显的过氧化损伤作用,VE/VA对梭曼中毒有一定的抗氧化保护作用.

목적 연구사만(soman)대대서급성중독적자유기손상작용급VE/VA적항양화보호작용. 방법 웅성대서40지,안체질량수궤분위음성조(정상대조조)、양성조(손상대조조),VE조(가VE보호조)화VA조(가VA보호조). 관찰매조대서혈청、대뇌、간장중VE、총항양화력(T-AOC)화일양화담합성매(NOS)적변화. 결과 사만중독후,T-AOC수평、VE함량하강,NOS활성제고. 중독전후대서간장중VE질량분수종(0.83±0.02) mg.g-1하강지(0.45±0.06) mg.g-1;T-AOC종(122.7±14.0) mol.s-1.kg-1하강지(70.4±5.4) mol.s-1.kg-1;NOS종(19.6±2.4) mol.s-1.kg-1상승지(39.3±5.5) mol.s-1.kg-1,유현저차이(P<0.05). 이VE/VA교유효지억제기변화. 결론 사만중독유명현적과양화손상작용,VE/VA대사만중독유일정적항양화보호작용.
AIM To study the effects of free radical injury induced by soman in rats and antioxidation of VE/VA. METHODS 40 male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to weights, i.e., negative group, positive group, VE group and VA group. The serum, cerebrums and liver VE, NOS and T-AOC (total antioxidative capacity) were determined. RESULTS The VE contents, T-AOC level decreased and NOS activities increased after soman intoxication. In liver, VE contents decreased from (0.83±0.02) mg.g-1 to (0.45±0.06) mg.g-1 and T-AOC level decreased from (122.7±14.0) mol.s-1.kg-1 to (70.4±5.4) mol.s-1.kg-1 (P<0.05), and NOS activities increased from (19.6±2.4) mol.s-1.kg-1 to(39.3±5.5) mol.s-1.kg-1 (P<0.05). And the VE/VA inhibited the change effectively.CONCLUSION There is mechanism of free radical injury by soman and protective effect of VE/VA on toxic rats.
