采用稀硫酸浸湿样品,正己烷提取,乙酸酐衍生后以毛细管气相色谱分离测定的方法对纺织品中五氯酚、三氯酚残留量进行了同时测定,探讨了提取、净化及色谱分析条件。方法回收率范围:三氯酚84.8%~98.1%,五氯酚88.0%~100.2%。相对标准偏差:三氯酚1.54%~2.33%,五氯酚3.48%。方法的检出限(质量分数)分别为2,4,6-三氯酚:1.0×10-9,2,4,5-三氯酚:5.0×10,五氯酚:2.0×10-9。

A method for the simultaneous separation and determination oftrichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol residues in textiles is reported. Samples were soaked in dilute sulphuric acid solution, and trichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol were extracted with n-hexane, acetylated with acetic anhydride and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with ECD. The extraction, purification and chromatographic separation conditions have been investigated. The recoveries of the method were evaluated by spiked chlorophenols studied at concentration levels of 25~100 ng/g. The recoveries were 84.8%~98.1% and 88.0%~100.2% for trichlorophenols and pentachlorophenol, respectively, RSD were 1.54%~2.33% and 3.48% , respectively. The detection limits were 1.0 ng/g for 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 5.0 ng/g for 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and 2.0 ng/g for pentachlorophenol.
