[目的] 探讨IBA和NAA的不同浓度组合对非洲菊生根的影响,筛选出有利于非洲菊生根的生长激素组合,提高非洲菊组培苗的生根率和生根质量.[方法] 以非洲菊A1的试管苗为材料,采用1/2MS分别与不同浓度的IBA、NAA配组为生根培养基,调查不同激素水平处理下非洲菊试管苗的生根数、根长、根粗、新生叶片数和鲜重,筛选出非洲菊生根的最佳培养基.[结果] 在IBA浓度相同时,不同浓度NAA对试管苗的生根数、平均根长和平均新生叶片数影响较大,0.1 mg/L NAA诱导的根最好;在NAA浓度相同时,不同浓度的IBA对根的形态影响较小,0.4 mg/L IBA诱导的根最好.[结论] 初步确定了非洲菊的最佳生根培养基为:1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.

[목적] 탐토IBA화NAA적불동농도조합대비주국생근적영향,사선출유리우비주국생근적생장격소조합,제고비주국조배묘적생근솔화생근질량.[방법] 이비주국A1적시관묘위재료,채용1/2MS분별여불동농도적IBA、NAA배조위생근배양기,조사불동격소수평처리하비주국시관묘적생근수、근장、근조、신생협편수화선중,사선출비주국생근적최가배양기.[결과] 재IBA농도상동시,불동농도NAA대시관묘적생근수、평균근장화평균신생협편수영향교대,0.1 mg/L NAA유도적근최호;재NAA농도상동시,불동농도적IBA대근적형태영향교소,0.4 mg/L IBA유도적근최호.[결론] 초보학정료비주국적최가생근배양기위:1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effect of different concn.combinations of IBA and NAA on rooting of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus so as to screen the growth hormone combination beneficial to rooting and improve the rooting rate and rooting quality of tissue culture seedlings of G.jamesonii Bolus.[Method] With the test-tube plantlets of G.jamesonii Bolus A1 as the materials, 1/2MS was matched with the different combinations of IBA and NAA with different concn.and were used as rooting culture mediums.The number of roots, root length, root diameter, number of new leaves and fresh weight of test-tube plantlets of G.jamesonii Bolus were investigated after treatment with different concn.of hormones so as to screen the optimum medium for rooting of G.jamesonii Bolus.[Result] When the concn of IBA was same, NAA with different concn, had a great effect on the number of roots, average root length and average number of new leaves of test-tube plantlets of G.jamesonii Bolus and roots induced by 0.1 mg/L NAA were the best.When the concn.of NAA was same, IBA with different concn.had less effect on root form and roots induced by 0.4 mg/L IBA were the best.[Conclusion] The best rooting medium for G.jamesonii Bolus was confirmed primarily as follows: 1/2MS + IBA 0.4 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L.
