本文就采于云南昭通的南亚果实蝇Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)tau(Walker)及存疑种B.(Z.)sp.进行了分子鉴定.结果表明B.(Z.)tau与B.(Z)sp.为同一物种.本研究为实蝇存疑种鉴定提供了一种有效的方法.

A fruit fly Bactrocera tau (Walker) and its suspicious species (B. (Z.) sp.) were identified by mo-lecular biological method both were collected in Zhaotong, Yunnan Province. The results indicate that B. (Z.) tau and B. (Z.) sp. are conspecific. This study provides an effective means for the identification of the suspi-cious species.
