根据所研究对象的结构特点,对改性聚丙烯塑料贮槽进行3D建模,利用有限元计算软件ANSYS进行了应力计算,得到了该设备应力、应变的分布状况,确定出该设备的危险区域,并用常规的强度校核方法及HG20640-1997规定的校核方法,校核该设备的强度,确定壁厚不足是导致贮槽变形泄漏的主要原因,为改性聚丙烯塑料贮槽的设计提出改进建议.

A 3D model of the modified PP storage tank was build up according to the feature of object structure of study. The stress of it was calculated using 3D - FE software ANSYS, and a distributions of stress and strain and the dangerous area of it were obtained. According to the normal strength check analysis and the rule of HG20640 - 1997 Plastic Equipment, stress assessments were done and the strength of equipment was tested. So the modified suggestion of the PP storage tank was gived.
