[目的]比较4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量,为充分利用堇菜科植物资源提供必要的理论依据.[方法]采用紫外可见分光光度法,于325 nm 波长处测定4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸含量.[结果]绿原酸含量在0~0.024 mg/ml 范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R~2=0.999 0),平均加样回收率为92.26%.4种堇菜科植物中绿原酸的含量分别为:辽宁堇菜19.40 mg/g、毛堇菜17.09 mg/g、紫花地丁14.09 mg/g、深山堇菜10.95 mg/g.[结论]4种堇菜科植物中辽宁堇菜绿原酸含量最高,达19.40 mg/g.

[ Objective] The chlorogenic acid contents in four kinds of Violaceae were compared, which provided an essential theoretical reference for making use of Violaceae resource. [ Method] Chlorogenic Acid content was determined at the wavelength of 325 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry. [Result] The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0 to 0.024 mg/ml (R~2=0.999 0), the average spike recovery was 92.26%. The contents of the chlorogenic acid were 19.40 mg/g in Viola rossii Hemsl., 17.09 mg/g in Viola confuse Champ.,14.09 mg/g in Viola philippica Cav.(Viola yedoensis Makino),10.95 mg/g in Viola selkirkii Pursh. [Conclusion]The highest content of chlorogenic acid was 19.40 mg/g in Viola rossii Hemsl.
