为了优化白僵蚕卵磷脂的最佳超声提取工艺。采用单因素和r9(3^3)正交设计,以白僵蚕卵磷脂得率为指标,优选白僵蚕卵磷脂的提取方法。结果表明:最佳提取条件为超声功率200W,超声辅助提取时间40min,料液比1:3[m(料):V(液)=1:3]。结果显示,确定的最佳工艺所得的白僵蚕卵磷脂含量较高,比常规溶剂提取法得率高2.73倍,可为实际生产提供依据。

To optimize the best Bombyx batryticatus lecithin ultrasonic ultrasound assisted extraction process, the method of extracting Bombyx batryticatus lecithin was optimized by single factor and I-9(33) orthogonal design to rate of Bombyx batryticatus lecithin as the index. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 200 W, uhrasound-assisted extraction time for 40 min, solid to liquid ratio of 1:3 ( m/v = 1:3). Under this extracting conditions, the yield of Bombyx batryticatus lecithin was 2.73 times higher than that by conventional solvent extraction method. The research can provide the basis for actual production.
