目的 探讨急诊科实施分组管理的护理效果.方法 根据我院急诊科情况和护士的知识、技能特点,按照急诊种类对31名护士进行分组管理.随机抽样调查方法调查急诊医生对诊治过程中护理工作及患者的满意度,对比实施分科分组前后护理人员的专科业务考核情况,评价分组前后的护理效果.结果 实施分组管理后,急诊科医生及患者对急诊科护理人员工作的满意度显著增高(P<0.05),护理人员专科考核的得分显著高于分组前(P<0.001).结论 实施分组管理有利于急诊科护理质量、护士整体素质的提高,有利于急诊科机能的优化发挥,值得推广应用.

목적 탐토급진과실시분조관리적호리효과.방법 근거아원급진과정황화호사적지식、기능특점,안조급진충류대31명호사진행분조관리.수궤추양조사방법조사급진의생대진치과정중호리공작급환자적만의도,대비실시분과분조전후호리인원적전과업무고핵정황,평개분조전후적호리효과.결과 실시분조관리후,급진과의생급환자대급진과호리인원공작적만의도현저증고(P<0.05),호리인원전과고핵적득분현저고우분조전(P<0.001).결론 실시분조관리유리우급진과호리질량、호사정체소질적제고,유리우급진과궤능적우화발휘,치득추엄응용.
Objective To study the nursing effects of grouping management in emergency department.Methods According to our hospital's emergency department and nurses' knowledge,skills,characteristics,and the type of emergency,31 nurses were adopted with grouping management.Nursing work and the satisfaction of patients were surveyed by the method of random sample.The nursing effects was evaluated.Results After the implementation of grouping management,the satisfaction degree of emergency department doctors and patients in emergency department were significantly improved ( P < 0.05 ),nurses scored significantly higher in specialist assessment than before (P <0.001 ),the difference was statistically significance.Conclusions The grouping management is conducive to the quality of nursing in emergency department,improving the overall quality of nurses.It should be widely applied.
