According to the material techniques of large-scale die forging hydrostatic press and accuracy synchronous control request,the composition structure and principle of the control system was introduced,and the hardware configuration was provided.The upper computer monitoring and controlling system based on WinCC V6 was exploited,it completed data collection and state monitory,and finished the PLC controlling parameters setting BY mass C language.The tests prove that the position control of the system has high precision,the HMI of the system is amicable and it is used conveniently,all controlling functions reach the primary technical requirements.
