Elaborated the modern dry deep hole processing of the advantages and problems faced,and then analyzes the problems faced in the deep hole processing.The tool material,structure and geometric parameters were analyzed.Concluded through experiments,the program compared with the traditional deep-hole processing methods is not only rarely use the average flank wear of cutting fluid,and reduced by ten percentage points in the average wear rate.
