为了更好地掌握液-液水力旋流器内油水流动和分离特性与结构的关系,采用计算流体力学的有限体积法(FVM),对其轻相分离过程进行了非稳态的数值计算,得到了轻相(油)在旋流器内的逐渐分离、聚积和运移的过程,分析发现,大锥段和小锥段的分离效果明显,尤其在小锥段的中心区轻相(油)聚积的浓度最高.因此,对大锥段和小锥段优化设计是提高旋流器分离效率的最重要的方面之一,可以进一步研究锥段的过渡型式,如采用高次曲线.
為瞭更好地掌握液-液水力鏇流器內油水流動和分離特性與結構的關繫,採用計算流體力學的有限體積法(FVM),對其輕相分離過程進行瞭非穩態的數值計算,得到瞭輕相(油)在鏇流器內的逐漸分離、聚積和運移的過程,分析髮現,大錐段和小錐段的分離效果明顯,尤其在小錐段的中心區輕相(油)聚積的濃度最高.因此,對大錐段和小錐段優化設計是提高鏇流器分離效率的最重要的方麵之一,可以進一步研究錐段的過渡型式,如採用高次麯線.

In order to better master the flow and separation character of oil and water in the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone,by unsteady numerical simulation of light phase separating process which used the method of the finite volume method(FVM),the process of separating,aggregating and shifting of the light phase(oil)is gained.Though further analysis of the process we found that the separation in the large conical section and the small conical section is evident,especially that the concentration of light phase(oil)was highest in the central region of the small conical section.Therefore,optimized design of the big conical section and the small conical section is a main aspect to improve separating efficiency,the transitional type of conical sections may be further studied,for example,use the highorder curve.
