采用电化学阳极氧化的方法,以含F-的溶液为电解液,在金属钛基底表面生长出规则排列的TiO_2纳米管阵列,并通过电化学沉积的方法对之进行金属Pd掺杂.利用XRD、SEM和TEM对样品进行分析表征,并测试了样品的氢敏性能.结果表明,用此种方法制备的Pd掺杂的TiO_2纳米管阵列具有良好的氢气敏感性能,适当掺Pd的样品在较低温度(80℃)下对0.01 mL·L~(-1)的H_2具有良好的灵敏性(灵敏度S=14).
採用電化學暘極氧化的方法,以含F-的溶液為電解液,在金屬鈦基底錶麵生長齣規則排列的TiO_2納米管陣列,併通過電化學沉積的方法對之進行金屬Pd摻雜.利用XRD、SEM和TEM對樣品進行分析錶徵,併測試瞭樣品的氫敏性能.結果錶明,用此種方法製備的Pd摻雜的TiO_2納米管陣列具有良好的氫氣敏感性能,適噹摻Pd的樣品在較低溫度(80℃)下對0.01 mL·L~(-1)的H_2具有良好的靈敏性(靈敏度S=14).

Well ordered and uniform titanium dioxide nanotube arrays were fabricated on titanium substrate by electrochemical anodic oxidation in a solution containing F-ions.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The hydrogen-sensing properties of the as-prepared samples were also investigated.The results show that the Pd-doped TiO_2 nanotube arrays obtained by the above method have excellent hydrogen sensing properties under working temperature of 80℃ and low limit hydrogen concentration of 0.0 1 mL·L~(-1),and the sensitivity of the sample is 14.
