This paper introduces a technology based on PLC software programming for PID control of the rotary kiln wind, which describes PLC Control System hardware structure as well as work flow, and designs PID Controller hardware and software. The practice has shown that the control system design improves traditional wind and control system effectively, which regulating the market volatility and feeding not enough precision, saves the actual coal consumption, and develops Green cement industry. It has a positive significance to achieve sustainable development of the recycling economy.
