采用刚塑性有限元法研究了摩擦对多轴压缩过程中压缩载荷、等效应变以及损伤值的影响.结果表明,随压缩次数的增加,最大压缩载荷不断增大;坯料内部等效应变分布呈环状,中心部位最大,外部最小:坯料破坏易于发生在与压缩后坯料最长轴垂直的侧表面鼓形处.在压缩次数相同的情况下,随摩擦系数的增加,最大压缩载荷不断增加,等效应变分布的不均匀性增加,坯料损伤值增加.以上结果说明摩擦对多轴压缩过程是不利的,应采取适当的润滑措施降低摩擦力的影响.

The effects of friction on compression load, effective strain and damage value were analyzed by the method of rigid-plastic finite element during multi-axial compression. The results show that the maximum compression load increases gradually with the increase of the number of compression. The effective strain distributes in the form of ringwise, the maximum lies in the center and the minimum at the surface. The damage is inclined to appear at the drum shape perpendicular to the longest axis. With the increase of friction coefficient, the maximum compression load, strain inhomogeneity and damage value increase at the same number of compressions. The results indicate that friction is adverse for multi-axial compressions. We should shoose the appropriate lubricating steps must be adopted to decrease the effect of friction force.
