哈德油田油气活跃,地层条件复杂,气窜和井漏是固井面临的主要难题;泥页岩、砾石层在钻进过程中脱落,形成不规则的"糖葫芦"井眼.渤海钻探工程有限公司第一固井分公司中标哈德油田固井后,提取了以往不同时期典型的10口井的录井、电测和固井资料,经过分析、对比、研究,采用优质的BCS-010L冲洗液、阶梯式多密度多凝膨胀型防气窜水泥浆体系及优化施工参数等固井工艺,有效地解决了固井过程中的漏、窜和顶替效率问题,固井质量有了显著提高,优质率由2007年37.5%提高到了2008年的81.8 %.该技术可在哈德油田进一步推广应用.

Because of the active gas and oil and the complex formation conditions in Hade Oilfield, gas breakthrough and circulation loss become the primary problems in cementation, which cause the mud shale and gravel layer dropping out and forming an irregular lageniform hole. Logging, electric logging and cementing data of ten typical wells at different times was extracted after getting the bid of cementation in Hade Oilfield. By analyzing and testing these data, cementing techniques of high quality BCS-010L flush fluid, multi-density multi-ladder-type anti-gas condensate expansion cement slurry system and optimized operating parameters were adopted which effectively resolved such problems as mud loss, gas breakthrough and displacement efficiency. With cementing job quality improved noticeably, high grade ratio rose from 37. 5% in 2007 to 81. 8% in 2008, and the new technology will further popularize and be applied in Hade Oilfield.
