为了研究循环流化床烟气脱硫过程中多层喷水对系统温度、湿度及气体组分轴向变化的影响,采用微元分析的方法,建立了包括液滴蒸发、收缩核、脱硫反应等的一维稳态数学模型,并将计算结果与实验数据进行比较.研究结果表明:采用多层喷水能够使塔内温度场的轴向变化更加平缓,并使出口烟气温度比单层喷水时降低3~6℃;由于液滴蒸发过程变缓而使脱硫效率提高了7%~11%;塔内液滴总质量是影响脱硫效率的重要因素,该参数对于喷水系统设计和参数选择具有重要的参考价值.

A detailed model for flue gas desulfurization by spray-dry absorption with calcium hydro agent is presented. The model refers to a steady state one-dimensional model by means of infinitesi-mal analysis, incorporating with the model of droplet evaporation, shrinking core and sulfur absorp-tion. The trends of moisture, temperature field, SO_2 and vapor concentration along the axial direc-tion are calculated and the results are compared with the experimental data. It is shown that applying multi-level humidifying, the temperature field in the riser gets more tempered and the outlet tempera-ture is 3 to 6℃ lower comparing to 1-level humidifying; As the droplet evaporation gets slower, thedesulfurization efficiency increases by 7% to 11% ; The total droplet mass in the riser is found to be very important factor for the sulfur removal efficiency and it is of reference value for the design and operation of the humidifying system.
