考察Fire-Diffuse-Fire模型在圆柱区域内钙波的传播情况.通过求解扩散方程,得到了圆柱区域内Ca~(2+)浓度的解析表达式.分析证明了钙波的存在性、稳定性依赖于半径和Ca~(2+)泵率,产生钙释放的阈值在有限区间内随半径增大而增大.此结果有助于了解细胞内的内质网以及Ca~(2+)泵在细胞Ca~(2+)动力学上的作用.
攷察Fire-Diffuse-Fire模型在圓柱區域內鈣波的傳播情況.通過求解擴散方程,得到瞭圓柱區域內Ca~(2+)濃度的解析錶達式.分析證明瞭鈣波的存在性、穩定性依賴于半徑和Ca~(2+)泵率,產生鈣釋放的閾值在有限區間內隨半徑增大而增大.此結果有助于瞭解細胞內的內質網以及Ca~(2+)泵在細胞Ca~(2+)動力學上的作用.

Propagation of fire-diffuse-fire Ca~(2+) waves through a cylindric domain is considered.Ca~(2+) concentration is an analytic solution derived from the diffusion equation in the domain.Existence and stability are shown to be dependent on the radius and the Ca~(2+) pump rate.It is also shown that the threshold of fire increase as radius increasing in finite interval.The results provides better understanding about the roles of endoplasmic and Ca~(2+) pumps in the intracellular Ca~(2+) dynamics of cells.
