研制了以支链多元羧酸铵混合物为主电解质、癸二酸铵为辅助电解质、乙二醇和二甘醇为混合溶剂的工作电解液(σ_(30℃)≈2.2×10~(-3) S/cm,U_s≥480 V,pH值为5.8~6.3),并以此制备了铝电解电容器(400 V、4.7 μF (φ10 mm×17 mm));采用纹波实验和整灯实验方法考察了制得的铝电解电容器的性能.结果表明:所制得的电容器具有低漏电流、耐大纹波电流、耐高频和高温长寿命性能;采用该电容器的电子节能灯可通过125 ℃,3 000 h的整灯试验考核.

A working electrolyte(σ_(30℃)≈2.1×10~(-3) S/cm,sparking voltage Us≥480 V,pH=5.5~6.5)was developed with mixed brand-shains carboxylic acid ammonium salts as main electrolyte, ammonium sebacate as auxiliary electrolyte, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol as mixed solvent.Performance of aluminum electrolytic capacitors(400 V, 4.7 μF(φ10 mm×17 mm)) developed with prepared electrolyte were determined through the ripple tests and whole lamps tests.The results show that the capacitors possesses low leakage current, high ripple current and high frequency resistance, high temperature stability and long life which can get through the examination for 3 000 h under 125 ℃ applied in energy saving lamp.
