目的探讨儿童闭合性脊柱裂术后早期常见并发症的预防.方法 2004年1月至2008年12月在我院住院治疗的先天性闭合性脊柱裂患儿109例,手术结束硬脊膜缝合完毕后观察局部有无脑脊液漏,大量生理盐水冲洗伤口以清除组织碎屑来预防术后切口感染；骶尾部手术采用横行切口以预防术后脑脊液漏及切口感染.结果 109例患者切口均一期愈合,患者术后均无切口感染、脑脊液漏等并发症.结论熟练的外科技术、细致的手术操作能够减少和预防脊柱裂手术后并发症的发生.
목적 탐토인동폐합성척주렬술후조기상견병발증적예방.방법 2004년1월지2008년12월재아원주원치료적선천성폐합성척주렬환인109례,수술결속경척막봉합완필후관찰국부유무뇌척액루,대량생리염수충세상구이청제조직쇄설래예방술후절구감염；저미부수술채용횡행절구이예방술후뇌척액루급절구감염.결과 109례환자절구균일기유합,환자술후균무절구감염、뇌척액루등병발증.결론 숙련적외과기술、세치적수술조작능구감소화예방척주렬수술후병발증적발생.
Objective To investigate the preventive strategy of early post-operative complications of closed spinal dysraphisms in children.Methods One hundred and nine children with closed spinal dysraphisms underwent surgery from January 2004 to December 2008,were enrolled in this study.After dural closure,the wound was washed completely with saline to clear the tissue debris to prevent postoperative infection. We routinely made a horizontal incision to prevent postoperative infection. Results After operation,all patients were recovered and were discharged from hospital No post-operative complications,including cerebrospinal fluid leakage, wound infection and flap necrosis, were encountered. Conclusion The sophisticated microsurgical technique and the delicate surgical manipulation is the prerequisite for the prevention of early operational complication of closed spinal dysraphisms in children.
