本文介绍了新发现的一些能较好脱胶的菌种.实验结果表明,确实是这些菌种起到了脱胶作用,而不是麻上自带的自然菌种.小试实验表明这些菌种具有比较好的脱胶能力,应该能够进行工业化生产.本研究是初步的,这些菌种的特性还有待于进一步研究.

The traditional chemical method in ramie degumming can cause waste water to pollute the environment.During the experiments with low temperature plasma treating the ramie degumming microbe,the authors found some kinds of microbe which can degum ramie very well without pollution.Considering that prevention is better than remedy,the authors believe that the method of microbial ramie-degumming can reduce waste water pollution in textile industry to remedy environmental problems.Undoubtedly,the natural fibres have the recyclable and un-polluting characteristics which the chemical fibres haven't,so using natural fibres in industry is also a good way to remedy environmental problems and ease the shortage of the fuel resource.As is well known,the ramie is excellent among natural fibres,so the technology of ramie degumming without pollution has wide application in industry.In experiments,the authors found that some microbes can degum ramie in 1-2 days and some microbes can degum ramie in 2-3 days.The repeated experiments showed that those microbes can degum ramie well,and the degumming characteristics of those microbes is stable.In order to know whether the microbes can be applied in industry or not,the authors used some microbes which can degum ramie in 1-2 days to do 5-6 L small-scale experiment,and got good result.Under research,the characteristics of those microbes will be well known,and the technology of ramie degumming without pollution will be applied well in industry.
