采用UniSim Design软件对膜法回收天然气制合成油装置弛放气中H_2的流程进行模拟,考察了聚酰亚胺(PI)膜组件的一段回收流程、聚砜(PSf)膜组件的一段和二段回收流程、渗透侧压力对产品H_2纯度、H_2回收率和经济效益的影响.模拟结果表明,当弛放气的压力(表压)为3.0 MPa、温度为45 ℃、流量为1.33×10~5 m~3/h时,在满足回收要求的条件下,PI膜组件的一段回收流程比PSf膜组件回收流程具有更高的经济效益;当产品H_2摩尔分数为90.0%-94.0%时,渗透侧压力(表压)应控制在100-150 kPa.

UniSim Design software was used to simulate the H_2 recovery process from purge gas of gas to liquid plant. In different processes with different membrane modules namely polyimide(PI)with one stage recovery process and polysulfone(PSf)with one stage and two stage recovery processes, effect of permeation pressure on mole fraction of H_2 product, H_2 recovery rate and economic benefit were discussed. The simulation results showed that in conditions of purge gas pressure(G) 3.0 MPa, temperature 45 ℃ and feed flow rate 1.33×10~5 m~3/h, choosing PI membrane module with one stage recovery process can obtain higher economic benefit than choosing PSf membrane module when mole fraction of H_2 product is not more than 94.0%. When mole fraction of H_2 product is in the range of 90.0%-94.0%, economic benefit is the highest if permeation pressure is maintained in the range of 100-150 kPa(G).
