将水热法合成的LiFePO_4粉体作为原料,通过浸渍-提拉法制备了LiFePO_4纳米薄膜.观察了热处理温度对薄膜折射率和透光率等光学性能的影响.结果表明,在120~450℃范围内,随着热处理温度的升高,薄膜折射率和透射率(在可见光区)增大,并膜厚减小.
將水熱法閤成的LiFePO_4粉體作為原料,通過浸漬-提拉法製備瞭LiFePO_4納米薄膜.觀察瞭熱處理溫度對薄膜摺射率和透光率等光學性能的影響.結果錶明,在120~450℃範圍內,隨著熱處理溫度的升高,薄膜摺射率和透射率(在可見光區)增大,併膜厚減小.

The LiFePO_4 powder that prepared by hydrothermal method were using as the precursors,the nano-LiFePO_4 thin films were fabricated by dip-coating methods.The effect of heat treating temperature on refractive index and transmittance of thin films were studied.The results show that,At the range of 120-450℃,with increase of heat treating temperature,the thin film change from non-crystal to crystal,the refractive index and transmittance (in the visual spectra area)were increases gradually,meanwhile,thickness was decrease.
