目的对采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的急性结石性胆囊炎患者的治疗疗效及术后并发症控制情况进行调查研究.方法回顾性分析2008年3月-2010年8月期间在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的172例急性结石性胆囊炎患者的病例资料,对病例中患者的平均手术时间、中转开腹率、术后并发症发生率及平均住院时间等指标进行分析研究.结果 172例患者的平均手术时间为65.0 min;术中需进行中转开腹的患者11例；术后出现胆管损伤、胆漏、出血、邻近器官损伤等严重的并发症患者4例,发生率为2.3％；平均住院时间为3.6天.结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术在治疗急性结石性胆囊炎方面的疗效令人满意,术后并发症发生率低,该技术在治疗急性结石性胆囊炎方面具有很好的应用前景.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute calculous cholecystitis and the control of postoperative complications.Methods The data on 172 patients who had undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the period of March 2008 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Mean surgical duration,rate of conversion to laparotomy,incidence rate of postoperative complications,and mean lengh of hospital stay were analyzed.Results The mean surgical duration was 65 min in all the patients; conversion to ]aparotomy was needed in 11 patients; severe complications including postoperative bile duct injury,bile leakage,bleeding,and adjacent organ damage occurred in 4 ( 2.3％ ); mean lengh of hospital stay was 3.6 days.Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective and has a low rate of postoperative complications in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.It is a promising surgical technique.
