该文以山西省黎城县为研究对象,结合相关农业统计资料,以1999～2006年为时间维度,对8年内减少和增加耕地资料进行分析.从耕地等级角度分析增、减耕地质量变化,从面积、类型、来源与去向几方面分析增、减耕地数量变化,为我国特别是地方耕地保护、耕地质量管理和农业区划工作提供决策支持.

Taking Licheng County of Shanxi Province as studying object and time period from 1999 to 2006 as dimensionality, combining with relevant agricuhural statistical data, this paper analyzes the data about arable land decrease and increase during the past 8 years. It analyzes the quality changes of arable land from the angle of grading; the quantity changes from the following sides of acreage, type, resource and destination. It provides support for national and especially local arable land protection, quality manage-ment of arable land, and agriculture regional planning work.
