测定了武汉东湖污染负荷不同的3个点位(污染负荷为3号>2号>1号)柱状沉积物中异化性硝酸还原酶(dNaR)活性以及硝酸盐还原菌数鼍、TOC、TN、NO_3~- -N的垂向变化,分析了dNaR活性与硝酸盐还原菌数量、TOC、TN、NO_3~- -N的相关性.结果表明,不同点位沉积物中dNaR活性不同,污染负荷最高的3号点位dNaR活性最高,污染负荷最低的1号点活性最低.不同点位沉积物中dNaR活性在垂向分布上具有相似特征:0~15cm沉积物中活性较大,15cm以下随着深度的增加,酶活性迅速降低.硝酸盐还原菌数量在垂向分布上随着深度的增加而减小.dNaR活性与TOC、TN不具有相关性,而与NO_3~- -N呈正相关(P<0.05);dNaR活性与硝酸盐还原菌数量呈显著性相关(P<0.01).
測定瞭武漢東湖汙染負荷不同的3箇點位(汙染負荷為3號>2號>1號)柱狀沉積物中異化性硝痠還原酶(dNaR)活性以及硝痠鹽還原菌數鼉、TOC、TN、NO_3~- -N的垂嚮變化,分析瞭dNaR活性與硝痠鹽還原菌數量、TOC、TN、NO_3~- -N的相關性.結果錶明,不同點位沉積物中dNaR活性不同,汙染負荷最高的3號點位dNaR活性最高,汙染負荷最低的1號點活性最低.不同點位沉積物中dNaR活性在垂嚮分佈上具有相似特徵:0~15cm沉積物中活性較大,15cm以下隨著深度的增加,酶活性迅速降低.硝痠鹽還原菌數量在垂嚮分佈上隨著深度的增加而減小.dNaR活性與TOC、TN不具有相關性,而與NO_3~- -N呈正相關(P<0.05);dNaR活性與硝痠鹽還原菌數量呈顯著性相關(P<0.01).

Sediment cores in 3 different sites in Lake Donghu were sampled. And the vertical variation of dissimilatory nitrate reductase (dNaR) activity, nitrate reducer populations, as well as the contents of TOC, TN and NO_3~- -N in sediments were determined. The results showed that the activity of diNaR varied with different sites. The highest activity of dNaR occurred at site Ⅲ where the pollution load was the highest, and the lowest activity occurred at site 1 with lowest pollution load. However, the vertical variation patterns of dNaR activity in 3 sites were similar: the top layer of 0cm~15cm showed higher activity, then the activity decreased acutely with the increase of depth below the layer of 15cm. As to Nitrate reducer populations, the quantity kept decreasing with the depth in all 3 sites. Furthermore, the results of statistic analysis revealed that the activity of dNaR was positive correlated to the contents of NO_3 ~- -N and nitrate reducer (P<0.01) populations (P<0.05), but not correlated to the contents of TOC and TN.
