为研究切向车铣加工铝合金回转体工件的表面形貌,通过试验对轴向进给量和周向进给量对表面粗糙度和表面纹理的影响规律进行了研究.结果表明,轴向和周向进给量的增大都可导致表面粗糙度值增大;周向进给量比轴向进给量对表面纹理的影响更加显著,不但可使纹理间距发生变化,还可改变纹理的方向,并产生网格状表面纹理.
為研究切嚮車鐉加工鋁閤金迴轉體工件的錶麵形貌,通過試驗對軸嚮進給量和週嚮進給量對錶麵粗糙度和錶麵紋理的影響規律進行瞭研究.結果錶明,軸嚮和週嚮進給量的增大都可導緻錶麵粗糙度值增大;週嚮進給量比軸嚮進給量對錶麵紋理的影響更加顯著,不但可使紋理間距髮生變化,還可改變紋理的方嚮,併產生網格狀錶麵紋理.

In order to study on the surface topography of the Aluminium alloy rotary workpiece machining by the tangential turn-milling, it is researched by the experiment to the axial feed rates and the circumferential feed rates influence on the surface roughness and the surface texture. The results show that the surface roughness increases as the axial feed rates and the circumferential feed rates increasing. Circumferential feed rates influence more obviously than the axial feed rates on the surface texture, it can change the surface texture spacing and direction , and form grid surface texture.
