利用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,成功研制了889 dtex/192f涤纶超粗旦低弹丝。结果表明,选择较低的熔体输送温度、纺丝温度为284℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板的方式,集束点在1500mm处,上油选择适合纺制超粗旦丝的油嘴(京瓷等大油嘴)等工艺较适合加工该规格粗旦丝,产品质量稳定,后加工及织造效果好。
利用鎔體直接紡的工藝路線,成功研製瞭889 dtex/192f滌綸超粗旦低彈絲。結果錶明,選擇較低的鎔體輸送溫度、紡絲溫度為284℃,冷卻採用側吹風冷卻加弧形闆的方式,集束點在1500mm處,上油選擇適閤紡製超粗旦絲的油嘴(京瓷等大油嘴)等工藝較適閤加工該規格粗旦絲,產品質量穩定,後加工及織造效果好。
이용용체직접방적공예로선,성공연제료889 dtex/192f조륜초조단저탄사。결과표명,선택교저적용체수송온도、방사온도위284℃,냉각채용측취풍냉각가호형판적방식,집속점재1500mm처,상유선택괄합방제초조단사적유취(경자등대유취)등공예교괄합가공해규격조단사,산품질량은정,후가공급직조효과호。
Using melt spinning process route, we has successfully developed the 889 dtex/192 f super-coarse denier polyester DTY. The results indicated that the lower temperature of the melt conveying, spinning temperature of 284℃, cooling method with quench air plus Arc Board, beaming in 1 500 mm, oiling choosing appropriate nozzle ( Jingci and other large nozzle), etc. were suitable for spinning the coarse denier filament. The product quality is stable, the postprocessing and weaving effect is good.
