目的 检测Guillain-Barre综合征(GBS)和多发性硬化(MS)患者血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的水平,探讨它们的相互关系.方法 采用ELISA法测定24例GBS和36例MS患者的血清MBP和TNF-α,并与28例其它神经系统疾病(OND)和30例健康对照(HC)进行比较.结果 GBS和MS组的MBP、TNF-α水平分别是(230±52),(236±56)和(200±46),(185±38)ng/L,均高于OND组及对照组(均P<0.01),且GBS组的MBP、TNF-α水平高于MS组(P<0.01).结论 MBP、TNF-α在Guillain-Barre综合征与MS发病中可能都起一定的作用,但在GBS中可能更突出.

Objective To detect serum myelin basic protein(MBP)and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α level in Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS)and multiple sclerosis(MS)and analyze the association of MBP and TNF-a with two diseases.Methods Serum MBP and TNF-α were measured by ELISA in 24 patients with GBS,36 patients with MS,28 patients with other nervous system disease(OND)and 30 healthy subjects.Results Serum levels of MBP and TNF-α were significantly increased in GBS patients[(230±52)ng/L,(236±56)ng/L)]and MS patients[(200±46)ng/L,(185±38)ng/L)]than those in OND patients[(85±25)ng/L,(78±21)ng/L)]or healthy subjects[(63±18)ng/L,(67±12)ng/L)]respectively(P<0.01),Meanwhile,GBS patients had higher levels of MBP and TNF-αas compared with MS patients(P<0.01).Conclusions MBP and TNF-α may play a role in the pathogenesis of GBS and MS.
