肝胆管囊腺癌是罕见的恶性肿瘤,其临床表现缺乏特异性.本文报道了5例肝内胆管囊腺癌的超声诊断结果.其中4例发生在肝右叶,1例发生在肝左右叶交界都.单发肿瘤较大,多发病变较小,囊壁不规则或有乳头状突起,囊内有不规则光团和数在光点瀑浮是本病的主要声像图特征.讨论了本病与肝脏其它囊性病变的鉴别诊断.

Intrahepatic biliary cystadenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of liver, and its clinical manifestations are nonspecific. The paper presented the ultrasonographic findings of 5 cases of the biliary cystadenocarcinoma. Among them, the lesions were located at the right hepatic lobe in 4 cases and between left and right in 1 case. The sonographic features of the biliary cystadenocarcinoma were that the intrahepatic single cystic lesion was often large and multiple ones tended to be smaller) and the cyst walls were irregular or had papillary masses protruding from the wall into the cavity; irregular hyperechoic masses and scattering echo spots floated within the cyst were chief characteristic ultrasonographic manifestations. Defferentiation between biliary cystadenocarcinoma and other intrahepatic cystic lesions was discussed.
