目的 探讨实施APN连续性护理排班模式的效果.方法 在全院18个病区改革传统的护士排班方式,实施APN连续性排班,比较两种排班模式的上班时段、交接班次数、交接班所占用时间、病人及医生对护理工作满意度等.结果 APN连续性排班模式比传统的排班模式每天交接班次数少,交接班所占用时间少,病人及医生对护理工作满意度高(P<0.05).结论 APN连续性护理排班模式符合病人的需要,有利于合理利用护理人力资源,保证病人安全,提高护理服务和护理质量.

목적 탐토실시APN련속성호리배반모식적효과.방법 재전원18개병구개혁전통적호사배반방식,실시APN련속성배반,비교량충배반모식적상반시단、교접반차수、교접반소점용시간、병인급의생대호리공작만의도등.결과 APN련속성배반모식비전통적배반모식매천교접반차수소,교접반소점용시간소,병인급의생대호리공작만의도고(P<0.05).결론 APN련속성호리배반모식부합병인적수요,유리우합리이용호리인력자원,보증병인안전,제고호리복무화호리질량.
Objective The objective is to discuss the effect of applying the APN continuous shift arrangement of medical nursing care. Methods We modified the traditional duty arrangement modality in 18 departments of the hospital and performed the APN continuous method. The duty timeslice, times and duration of handover, and satisfaction degree of doctors and patients toward the nursing care were compared between the two modalities. Results The APN continuous shift arrangement had less times and duration of handover but higher satisfaction degree of doctors and patients comparing with traditional arrangement modality. Conclusions The APN continuous shift arrangement of medical nursing care is beneficial for the convenience of patients and the reasonable use of nursing human resource in hospital. It has significant advantages on ensuring the safety of patients and on improving the quality of nurse service.
