目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术后并发症发生的原因并提出预防与处理对策,从而降低发生率.方法将176例人工全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各88例,观察组采用自行设计的预见性护理流程进行早期康复护理,对照组行常规护理.结果观察组并发症显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论预见性护理既可降低人工全髋关节置换术后并发症,提高手术的成功率,同时也可提高患者的自我保健意识和生活质量.

Objective To explore the causes and related factors of the complications associated with total hip replacement,and summarise some measures to prevent and treat them,and reduce the ocurrence of complications.Methods 176 patients after total hip replacement were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 88 patients.The patients in the observation group were used early predictive rehabilitation nursing and the patients in the control group were received routine nursing care.ResultsThe complications in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group significantly (P ＜ 0.05) .Conclusion Predictive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively decrease complications associated with total hip replacement,improve surgical success rate,and improve self-consciousness to health and living quality of patients.
