通过对当前软件过程改进的相关标准和评估方法的对比研究,结合软件过程评估的实践,阐述了软件过程评估的意义和实施方法,研究和分析了影响软件过程评估的各种因素,提出了软件过程评估实施过程中必须注意的技术问题,进而对这些问题作了进一步的探讨,提出了解决和避免这些问题的思路和方法.
通過對噹前軟件過程改進的相關標準和評估方法的對比研究,結閤軟件過程評估的實踐,闡述瞭軟件過程評估的意義和實施方法,研究和分析瞭影響軟件過程評估的各種因素,提齣瞭軟件過程評估實施過程中必鬚註意的技術問題,進而對這些問題作瞭進一步的探討,提齣瞭解決和避免這些問題的思路和方法.

This article elicited, by an analogy, the significance and necessity of software process appraisal, and compared software process appraisal methodologies and related standards which are most currently worldwide used. With deeply study and analysis of factors which impact software process appraisal, combined with some appraisal practices, presented the technical issues during implementation of software process appraisal method. Based on further investigation about these issues, a way was proposed about how to handle software process appraisal more properly and practically.
