目的:蛋白在垂体腺瘤中表达,探讨抗白细胞分化抗原(Cluster of differ-entiation)CD34单抗标记的微血管密度(Mi-crovascular Density,MVD)与垂体腺瘤分级的关系及其临床意义,对患者选择更有效和安全有利于患者社会生活的治疗手段提供理论依据.方法:采用免疫组化SP法对1998-05/2001-07 4l例垂体腺瘤组织及5例正常垂体组织中CD34的表达进行检测.结果:41例垂体腺瘤组织中平均MVD为20.9±8.0,5例正常垂体组织的平均MVD为12.2±2.4,二者差异具有显著性意义(t=2.4.P<0.05).其中平均MVD(个/高倍视野)值在23例侵蚀型垂体腺瘤组(Ⅲ~V级)为27.0±4.8,在18例封闭型垂体组织(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)为13.2±2.6,侵蚀型垂体腺瘤组的平均MVD与封闭型垂体腺瘤组和正常垂体组织组之间的差异均有显著性(t=10.9,P<0.01).而封闭型垂体腺瘤组和正常垂体组织组平均MVD的之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论:抗CD34单抗标记的肿瘤微血管密度与垂体腺瘤的临床分级密切相关,可反映垂体腺瘤侵袭性行为的使用指标,以指导临床医生选择更为切实、安全及对患者生理、心理、精神和主观感受都有益处的治疗方案.

AIM: To investigate the expressions of cluster of differentiation(CD) 34 in pituitary adenoma tissues and explore the relationship between microvascular density(MVD) and clinicobiological behavior in human pituitary adenoma.METHODS: The expression of CD34 in 41 cases of human pituitary ade-noma and 5 cases of normal pituitary tissues were investigated with immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: The MVD were 20. 9 ± 8. 0 and 12.2 ± 2.4 in the pituitary adenoma tissues and normal pituitary tissues, respectively, and there were significant differences between them( t =2.4, P < 0. 05). The MVD in the 23 cases of invasive type(grade Ⅲ - Ⅴ) and 18 cases of enclosed type(grade Ⅰ- Ⅱ) of pituitary adenoma were 27.0 ±4. 8 and 13.2 ±2.6, respectively. There were significant differences between invasive type and enclosed type and normal pituitary tissues as well( t = 10.9, <0.01), but there was no significant difference between enclosed type and normal pituitary( P > 0.05).There are intimate correlation between CD34 marked MVD and clinical type of pituitary adenoma, MVD may be the important marker for the biological invasive behaviors in pituitary adenoma.
