通过光学显微镜、硬度测试仪、扫描电镜、双臂电桥等研究了AA3003铝合金铸轧板经不同均匀化处理后,预析出第二相颗粒对再结晶组织和再结晶温度的影响.试验表明,高温均匀化过程中析出的第二相对冷轧试样的再结晶具有显著的作用.经580℃均匀化处理的试样的再结晶温度降低了大约100℃,并且在520℃退火过程中得到了尺寸梯度很小的细小等轴晶组织.

Effects of pre-precipitates on recrystallization structure and recrystallization temperature of AA3003 twin roll cast aluminum strip treated by different hom-ogenization were investigated by optical microscope, hardness tester, scanning electron microscope and the Kelvin bridges. The results show that recrystallization structure in the cold rolled strips is closely related to the precipitated secondary phase during high temperature homogenization. The recrystallization temperature of the strips treated by homogenization at 580℃ is decreased approximately 100℃. Furthermore, fine e-quiaxed structure with very small size gradient can be observed in the strips after annealed at 520℃.
