以带直管的锥形缩口件为例从理论上研究缩口件的颈口弯曲部分成形特点及规律,分析颈口变形机理,确定口部圆角半径的取值范围,通过有限元模拟进一步证明了该公式的正确性,并提出了圆弧设计的取值原则,从而给工艺设计人员制定工艺、设计模具提供依据.

Nosing of thin-walled tube with straight pipe by cone curved die was studied. The forming characteristics and laws of the neck position were formulated. The range of neck fillet radius was provided. The finite-element method was used for the analysis of nosing of aluminum performs and the simulation results of nosing these performs show that the formula to the problem is satisfactory, which provide technologists with some guidelines for process-planning and die-designing.
