To analyse the reasons of chemotherapy drugs exosmosis and understand the factors of causing it. Some prevention measurements were introduced accordingly on the aspects of drugs factor, patients factor and nursing operation skills. The incidence of chemotherapy drugs exosmosis was reduced to lowest level as far as possible to ensure chemotherapy process.
