[目的]探讨X线数字断层融合技术(Digital tomosynthesis,DTS)在诊断肋骨骨折中的应用价值.[方法]对可疑肋骨骨折的32例患者同时进行X线平片、DTS及多层螺旋CT(Multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)成像,分析并比较其结果.[结果]DTS和MSCT的图像质量评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.183),均明显高于X线平片的评分(P＜0.01).X线平片和DTS对肋骨骨折的检出率分别为72.8％和93.5％,DTS对肋骨骨折的检出率明显高于X线平片(P＜ 0.01).[结论]DTS的图像质量佳,对肋骨骨折的检出率高,是诊断肋骨骨折的理想方法.

[Objective]To explore the application value of digital tomosynthesis (DTS) in the diagnosis for rib facture.[Methods]X-ray,DTS and multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) were performed on 32 cases of suspected rib fracture.The Results of the scanning were analyzed and compared.[Results]There was no significant difference showed in the image quality score of DTS and MSCT (P-0.183).The image quality scores of DTS and MSCT were hotter than those of X-ray (P＜ 0.01).The diagnosis rate of DTS was significant higher than that of X-ray (93.5％ VS 72.8％,X2=14.005,P＜0.001).[Conclusion]DTS displayed high image quality and high diagnosis rate of rib fracture.DTS can be considered as an ideal diagnosis approach of rib fracture.
