目的探讨锁定加压钢板在锁骨远端骨折治疗中的应用.方法 2008年1月-2009年2月,对13例Neer II型锁骨远端骨折行切开复位锁定加压钢板内固定术.术后采用Constant评分系统对肩关节功能进行评定.结果术后11例获得随访,2例失访.随访时间为3～14个月,所有伤口均I期愈合,无内固定并发症,无骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,肩关节功能评分为84～94分,平均90分.结论锁定加压钢板为锁骨远端骨折治疗提供了一个新方法,有较好的应用前景.

Objective To investigate the application of locking compressing plate (LCP) for the treatment of distal clavicle fractures. Methods From January 2008 to February 2009, 13 cases of Neer type II distal clavicle fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using an LCP. Postoperatively the shoulder functions were evaluated using Constant scoring system. Results Postoperatively 11 cases were followed up, while 2 cases were lost to follow up. The follow up period ranged from 3 to 14 months. Primary wound healing was achieved in all cases. There was no delayed union, nonunion or malunion. Constant scores ranged 84 to 94, with an average of 90. Conclusion Fixation of distal clavicle fracture with LCP provides a new and promising technique to treat distal clavicle fractures.
