针对冷轧轧制后板面状况,建立了检测板面残留物总量和残留物中铁含量的测试方法,探讨了铁含量对镀锌板表面质量、附着力和浸润性的影响,有效地指导轧机乳化液的控制和后序工艺的质量控制。

In light of the surface conditions of the cold rolled strip after rolling a measurement method has been developed for measuring the total amount of remainders on the surface of the strip and the iron content in the remainders. The effects of the iron content on the surface quality, adhessiveness and infiltration property of the galvanized sheets are also discussed.It can be used as a guide to effectively control the emulsion for the rolling mill as well as to control the quality of the strip at the down stream processes.
