目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者脑萎缩与老年性脑萎缩的关系.方法 31例SLE患者和31例健康体检者,通过头颅CT的观察,对具有临床意义的数据进行测量比较.结果 SLE患者的脑室、侧裂池、脑沟较同龄人均有不同程度增宽或扩大.结论 SLE患者脑萎缩年龄提前.

Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral atrophy of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and senile encephalatrophy. Methods Through observing brain CT scan of 31 SLE patients and 31 physical examinees, data of clinical significance were measured and compared. Results The ventricle, lateral cleft pool and sulus of SLE patients were dilated in different degrees than the control group. Conclusion The age of cerebral atrophy of SLE patients has advanced.
