以拟南芥基因芯片技术检测施用花生壳作基肥的烟草叶中基因表达的结果表明,在22810个基因微矩阵点中,有效差异表达(log ratio值≥1或log ratio值≤-1)的基因有54个,上调35个,下调19个.其中包括与植物抗病性、脂类代谢、光合系统以及标志烟株碳代谢指标的基因、蛋白质链合成延伸阶段交替的与核糖体结合、呼吸链电子传递NADH脱氢酶亚基,以及与kTPase有关的基因.此外,还检测到22个未知功能的差异表达基因.结果表明,施用花生壳作为基肥对烟草生长发育的影响足综合的、多效的、明显的.

cDNA microarray based on Arabidopsis genomic sequence was applied to study genes expression in tobacco (Nico-tiana labacum L.) fertilized by decomposition crushed peanut shells. Among 22810 genes settled in a microarray plate, 54 genes expressed differential significantly (with log ratio values ≥ or ≤-1), in which 35 genes up-regulated and 19 genes down-regulated. Functional analysis showed that those genes had relation with plant disease-resistant, lipid metabolism, pho-tosynthesis carbon metabolism, alternation and combination with ribosome for protein synthesis in the extended phase, NADH dehydrogenase subunit participating in the electronic transmission of respiratory chain, and ATPase, respectively. In addition, 22 unknown function genes were also detected, whose differential expression may be respond to the application of decomposi-tion crushed peanut shells.
