当前,科学技术发展不断加快,新事物不断涌现,现代林业的建设需要紧跟时代的步伐,而我国林业教育培训工作处在关键时期,在工作中面临着诸多问题和困难,凸显了我国加强林业干部教育培训的迫切性。本文首先针对我国林业干部教育培训现状以及培训管理体制与运行机制中存在的问题进行阐述,表明了现代林业建设中加强干部培训的重要性,接着提出了具有针对性的对策和建议。

Nowadays,with the development of science and technology,more and more new things is constantly emerging.At the same time,modern forestry construction our modern forestry construction meet its turning point,many problem need to be solved,many job needs to be done.so that,it is very important to enhance our training body for forestry cadres to meet the needs of forestry construction and keep up with the time.In this paper,we first point out the problem existing in the training management system and operation mechanism of the training body for forestry cadres to show its importance.And then,we put forward a directional countermeasures and Suggestions.
